Founder & Medical Director
I am interested in being the change I wish to see in the American Healthcare System with an emphasis on individualizing medicine and teaching patients how to choose healthy ways of living every day. I want to nip chronic diseases in the bud and help those already suffering from them reverse the damage. I do this using gentle, natural medicines and encouraging the innate healing ability of the body to work its magic. I take into account all dimensions and levels of the individual: spiritual, emotional, physical, and energetic.

My own health journey taught me the power of food and a lifestyle-first approach. Twelve years ago, I battled a painful, stubborn rash that baffled doctors for months. After countless prescriptions and tests, a single word changed everything: celiac. Within two weeks of cutting out gluten, my rash disappeared—no pills, no creams. That moment redefined my view of healing.

Having been diagnosed with a chronic illness at a young age, I've learned firsthand that while some aspects of health are beyond our control, the most valuable gift we can give ourselves is to actively work toward improving our overall well-being.
Since my diagnosis, I’ve been dedicated to reversing and altering my disease outcome. My mission now is to help others discover the value of enhancing their health through functional medicine. As a passionate advocate for wellness, I aim to empower individuals to achieve their health goals by integrating traditional and functional medicine.

I’ve called Bellingham home for most of the past 25 years. I moved here, when my daughter was young, because I was drawn to the beauty and sense of community. Whether I’m exploring the woods or soaking in the view by the bay, nature is where I feel most at peace. In my free time, I love hiking, biking, practicing yoga, and cold plunging with friends.
My journey in health and wellness began early—I was born into a chiropractic family, and well-being has always been a core part of my life.

Professionally, I bring years of entrepreneurial experience, along with expertise in various wellness disciplines, from Pilates and movement instruction to health and life coaching.

My deepest personal awakening, however, came in 2012 and 2013, when a surgery left me blind in my right eye. After four more surgeries within a year, my eye remained red, irritated, and constantly weeping. Conventional treatments offered little relief, but I discovered that nutrition could be a powerful tool for healing. By cutting certain foods from my diet, I reduced inflammation, soothed my eye and improved my overall well-being. I slept better, my skin glowed, my energy soared—I simply felt good in my body.

That transformative experience reignited my passion for wellness and set me on a mission to help others feel their best. Today, I’m honored to share that passion at Resilience Health and Wellness…inspiring others to live their best, most healthy lives.
